- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆February 22, 2020, by Lonnie SullivanOnly 3 stars, because daytime staff is awesome, but one of the night staff is rude and too lazy to brew coffee, and is allowed to remain being that way. A few times he has locked the place up, put a sign up saying he was in the restroom, but obviously was malingering...since it remained that way for a very long time. The Phillips in town has cleaner restrooms, and this BP seems to be a junkie Mecca late at night
